
Extra virgin Olive Oil vs. Adulterated Oil
Important Warning:
Beware of fake or adulterated olive oil!
- Never buy oil without a clear label or from an unknown source.
- Protect your health, always choose the extra virgin!
Extra virgin Olive Oil:
- Obtained by extraction at low temperature (<26°C) without the use of chemicals.
- , freshly cut grass smell.
- A fruit-flavored bait with a spicy and/or bitter taste.
- Contains antioxidants and vitamins that are beneficial for the heart and immune system
Adulterated Oil:
- Mixed with cheap vegetable oils or refined multiple times.
- Tastes flat, greasy, and lacks flavor.
- Loses its health benefits and may even harm the body.
